FTP TLS Error Issue

Uploading your web files using Filezilla (Windows)
Filezilla can be downloaded at https://filezilla-project.org/
Start Filezilla.
Click File on the top menu bar and select Site Manager.
in the FileZilla Site Manager entry for your server, set Encryption to ‘Only use Plain FTP (insecure)‘.

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
